Terms & Conditions
- Charges: For Flight Clearance, Permissions and Revisions, Overflying’s on International / Domestic Flight Handling at all Airports including Private Airfields are to be paid by you. The additional Insurance cost for any uncovered destinations is to be borne by you.
- If parking is not permitted at a destination, ferry Flying Cost for Parking at nearest Airport is additional, if/as applicable.
- Watch Hour Extensions: Charges are extra as per Bills. Boarding/Lodging/Local Transportation for Crew is to be arranged and paid by you or payable for all nights & days beyond 2 hours of destination (As Above). Any changes per day Rs: 10,000/- for VIP Flight Signing.
- The flying time quoted shall be approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual HRS flown over and above the estimated flying time (i.e. Engines on to off from our base at Hyderabad and Back to Base). Minimum 2 Hours flying will be charged on an everyday basis plus all additional charges if/as applicable.
- Should the flight be curtailed/cancelled/diverted/held-over due to factors beyond our control like weather, or actual flying time is longer than the indicated time (due to ATC Clearance, density of air traffic, wind and weather conditions, etc.), payment would have to be made on the basis of flying / overnight halt / waiting etc., over and above the minimum estimated flying time.
- Payment: For confirmation, we require 100% advance, based on the indicated flying time, overnight stay, waiting charges, etc., via Draft in favor of ‘RITHWIK GREEN POWER & AVIATION PRIVATE LIMITED’ payable at Hyderabad (Post Flight Payment not to exceed 7 days on submission of Invoice).
- Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation before one week, 25% will be deducted; within one week to one day before take-off, 50% will be deducted; and for the same day, 100% of the charter cost shall be deducted as cancellation charges. After take-off, no refund will be provided.
- Goods and Service Tax: As per Government rates, extra on all charges billed to you (At Present 18% GST).
- Force Majeure: RGPAPL, as an operator, ensures best of their effort for the performance. Any cancellation or diversion due to reasons beyond human control, the operator will not be held responsible for the operation.
- The customer taking the charter and their agent indemnifies RGPAPL, its Company Directors & employees against any claim, liability, and risk against any unforeseen incidents before, during, and after the flight.
- We require all names, nationality, copies of Passport and Visa, etc., of Foreigners to obtain prior permissions for each trip.
