A graduate in Science and Business Economics from Drexel University, USA, His focus on sustainability led to the introduction of a carbon-offset program and investment in fuel-efficient aircraft, minimizing environmental impact.
Beyond aviation, Mr. Rithwik is the Founder & Director of White Lotus Food Labs Pvt. Ltd., specializing in plant-based milk products. The company’s successful partnership with Starbucks for plant-based milk supply has further strengthened its market position.

Mr. C.R. Rithwin is a results-driven entrepreneur with a strong academic foundation and a proven track record in aviation, finance, and business management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University, where he was recognized on the Dean’s List. He further earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, refining his expertise in strategy, leadership, and global management.
As the Managing Director of RR Jets, Mr. Rithwin has successfully led the company through complex legal and regulatory frameworks, implemented impactful marketing and branding strategies, and driven a culture of operational excellence and sustainability.
